eRABe is a cloud-based platform that helps contractors, estimators and engineers in Indonesia prepare construction cost estimates (Rencana Anggaran Biaya, RAB) and manage their projects. AI drafts the estimate and reads plans and receipts; every price is still calculated from the published government standard.

One estimate, carried through the whole project

Cost estimates from official analyses

Bills of quantities and cost estimates (RAB) built on the Indonesian government unit price analyses (AHSP), Ministry of Public Works Circular No. 47/2026 — for building works (Cipta Karya) and road and bridge works (Bina Marga). Each analysis shows its source page from the official document.

Regional prices

Labour, material and equipment prices from official regional references, adjusted by the construction cost index of the project location. Users can override any price with their own supplier prices.

From estimate to site

Material and logistics planning, S-curve and Gantt schedules, labour estimates, progress tracking, term invoices and project cash flow — all derived from the same estimate.

Team access

Role-based access for estimators, site managers and other team members, with control over who can see costs, margins and exports.

AI in the workflow

AI proposes. The official standard calculates.

AI takes on the slow parts of estimating — drafting the work breakdown, reading drawings and receipts, checking prices. It never invents a price: every figure is computed from the official AHSP coefficients and the user’s own price list, and every draft can be reviewed and edited before it enters the estimate.

Only the summary a task needs is sent to the model provider, with the user’s consent.

aiBIM — AI agents from 3D model to cost estimate

aiBIM connects the 3D model to the estimate. An AI agent builds the model from a brief, quantities are taken off from it, each element is matched to the corresponding official unit price analysis, and the result lands in eRABe as a priced bill of quantities.

An AI assistant drives Blender or SketchUp through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to model a building, and eRABe extensions for both tools send model quantities straight into the project’s estimate.
